노인장기요양보험법 시행규칙 제11조의4(보수교육의 실시)

① 공단은 다음 각 호의 기관 또는 단체로 하여금 보수교육을 실시하게 할 수 있다.

② 보수교육실시기관의 장은 보수교육을 이수한 사람에게 별지 제9호의4서식의 요양보호사 보수교육 이수증을 발급해야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 an앤 institution인스티투션 providing프^r러^v바이딩 continuing컨티뉴잉 education에저케이션 shall섈 issue이슈 a어 certificate서티^f피컷 of어^v브 completion컴플리션 of어^v브 continuing컨티뉴잉 education에저케이션 for^f포 care케어 workers워커즈 in인 Form^f폼 No.노우 9-4 to투 a어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 completed컴플리티드 continuing컨티뉴잉 education.에저케이션

③ 보수교육실시기관의 장은 보수교육 대상자 명단과 대상자의 보수교육 이수 여부에 관한 서류를 3년간 보관해야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 an앤 institution인스티투션 providing프^r러^v바이딩 continuing컨티뉴잉 education에저케이션 shall섈 keep킵 the^ð더 list리스트 of어^v브 persons퍼슨즈 subject서브젝트 to투 continuing컨티뉴잉 education에저케이션 and앤드 documents다큐먼츠 concerning컨서닝 whether웨^ð더 they^ð데이 have해^v브 completed컴플리티드 continuing컨티뉴잉 education에저케이션 for^f포 three^θ쓰^r리 years.이어즈

④ 보수교육실시기관의 장은 매년 12월 31일까지 다음 연도의 보수교육 계획서를 공단에 제출하고, 매년 1월 31일까지 전년도의 보수교육실적 보고서를 공단에 제출해야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 an앤 institution인스티투션 providing프^r러^v바이딩 continuing컨티뉴잉 education에저케이션 shall섈 submit서브밋 a어 continuing컨티뉴잉 education에저케이션 plan플랜 for^f포 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 year이어 to투 the^ð더 Service서^v비스 by바이 December디셈버 31 each이치 year,이어 and앤드 a어 report^r리포트 on안 the^ð더 continuing컨티뉴잉 education에저케이션 performance퍼^f포먼스 of어^v브 the^ð더 previous프^r리^v비어스 year이어 to투 the^ð더 Service서^v비스 by바이 January재뉴에^r리 31 each이치 year.이어

⑤ 공단은 매년 2월 말일까지 전년도 보수교육의 실시 결과를 보건복지부장관에게 보고해야 한다.

(5) The^ð더 Service서^v비스 shall섈 report^r리포트 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 continuing컨티뉴잉 education에저케이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 previous프^r리^v비어스 year이어 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 by바이 the^ð더 last래스트 day데이 of어^v브 February^f페벼웨^r리 each이치 year.이어

⑥ 보수교육의 내용, 실시 방법 및 보수교육실시기관의 지정 등에 필요한 세부적인 사항은 보건복지부장관이 정한다.
