노인장기요양보험법 제64조(시효 등에 관한 준용)

「국민건강보험법」 제91조, 제91조의2, 제92조, 제96조, 제103조, 제104조, 제107조, 제111조 및 제112조는 시효, 보험료 등 부과의 제척기간, 기간의 계산, 자료의 제공, 공단 등에 대한 감독, 권한의 위임 및 위탁, 업무의 위탁, 단수처리 등에 관하여 준용한다. 이 경우 "보험료"를 "장기요양보험료"로, "보험급여"를 "장기요양급여"로, "요양기관"을 "장기요양기관"으로, "건강보험사업"을 "장기요양사업"으로 본다. <개정 2011.12.31, 2026.5.26>
