노인ㆍ장애인 등 사회복지시설의 급식안전 지원에 관한 법률 제8조(실태조사)

① 식품의약품안전처장은 사회복지급식소의 위생 및 영양관리 지원에 필요한 급식소 운영 현황 등에 관하여 실태조사를 할 수 있다.

② 식품의약품안전처장은 제1항에 따른 실태조사를 위하여 필요한 경우에는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 지방자치단체의 장, 공공기관의 장, 사회복지급식소의 장 및 그 밖의 관련 기관 및 단체 등에 대하여 관련 자료를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료를 요청받은 자는 특별한 사정이 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다.
