노동조합 및 노동관계조정법 제62조(중재의 개시)
Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act, Article 62 (Commencement of Arbitration)
노동위원회는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에는 중재를 행한다. <개정 2006.12.30>
The labor relations commission shall conduct arbitration in any of the following cases:
1. 관계 당사자의 쌍방이 함께 중재를 신청한 때
1. Where both parties concerned apply for arbitration together;
2. 관계 당사자의 일방이 단체협약에 의하여 중재를 신청한 때
2. Where one of the parties concerned applies for arbitration in accordance with a collective agreement;
3. 삭제<2006.12.30>
