내수면어업법 제12조(수면 이용의 협의)

① 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제6조, 제9조 또는 제11조제1항에 따른 면허 또는 허가의 신청을 받거나 신고를 받았을 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 수면관리자와 미리 협의하여야 한다. 제13조제3항에 따라 면허기간의 연장을 허가하려는 경우에도 같다. <개정 2017.3.21>

② 수면관리자는 제1항에 따라 수면 이용에 대한 협의를 요청받았을 때에는 그 수면의 시설유지 및 보존 목적에 지장이 없는 범위에서 우선적으로 동의하여야 한다.
