난민법 제14조(통역)

법무부장관은 난민신청자가 한국어로 충분한 의사표현을 할 수 없는 경우에는 면접 과정에서 대통령령으로 정하는 일정한 자격을 갖춘 통역인으로 하여금 통역하게 하여야 한다.
