기후위기 대응을 위한 탄소중립ㆍ녹색성장 기본법 시행령 제57조(녹색기술 등의 적합성 인증 및 녹색전문기업확인)

① 중앙행정기관의 장은 소관 분야에 대하여 법 제60조제2항에 따라 녹색기술에 대한 적합성 인증(인증된 녹색기술이 적용된 제품에 대한 확인을 포함하며, 이하 "녹색인증"이라 한다)을 하거나 녹색기술과 녹색제품의 매출 비중이 높은 기업의 확인(이하 "녹색전문기업확인"이라 한다)을 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 녹색인증이나 녹색전문기업확인을 받으려는 자는 소관 중앙행정기관의 장에게 인증 또는 확인을 신청해야 한다.

(2) A어 person퍼슨 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 obtain어브테인 green그^r린 certification서터^f퍼케이션 or오 green그^r린 specialized스페셜라이즈드 enterprise엔터프^r라이즈 confirmation칸^f퍼메이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 apply어플라이 for^f포 certification서터^f퍼케이션 or오 confirmation칸^f퍼메이션 to투 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agency.에이전시

③ 제2항에 따른 신청을 받은 중앙행정기관의 장은 신청한 내용을 평가하는 기관(이하 "평가기관"이라 한다)을 지정하여 녹색인증 또는 녹색전문기업확인의 평가를 의뢰해야 한다.

④ 평가기관의 평가 결과를 확인하고 녹색인증 또는 녹색전문기업확인 여부를 결정하기 위하여 관계 중앙행정기관 공동으로 녹색인증 및 녹색전문기업확인 심의위원회(이하 "녹색인증등위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

(4) A어 Green그^r린 Certification서터^f퍼케이션 and앤드 Green그^r린 Specialized스페셜라이즈드 Enterprise엔터프^r라이즈 Confirmation칸^f퍼메이션 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Green그^r린 Certification서터^f퍼케이션 Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 jointly조인틀리 by바이 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 to투 verify^v베^r러^f파이 the^ð디 evaluation이^v밸류에이션 results^r리절츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 evaluation이^v밸류에이션 institution인스티투션 and앤드 to투 decide디사이드 whether웨^ð더 to투 grant그^r랜트 green그^r린 certification서터^f퍼케이션 or오 green그^r린 specialized스페셜라이즈드 enterprise엔터프^r라이즈 confirmation.칸^f퍼메이션

⑤ 중앙행정기관의 장은 제2항에 따라 녹색인증이나 녹색전문기업확인을 신청한 자에게 인증 또는 확인에 필요한 비용을 부담하게 할 수 있다.

(5) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agency에이전시 may메이 have해^v브 a어 person퍼슨 who후 applied어플라이드 for^f포 green그^r린 certification서터^f퍼케이션 or오 green그^r린 specialized스페셜라이즈드 enterprise엔터프^r라이즈 confirmation칸^f퍼메이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) bear베어 the^ð더 costs카스츠 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 certification서터^f퍼케이션 or오 confirmation.칸^f퍼메이션

⑥ 녹색인증 또는 녹색전문기업확인의 유효기간은 4년으로 하고, 1회에 한정하여 4년 이내의 범위에서 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2025.4.8>

(6) The^ð더 validity^v벌리더티 period피^r리어드 of어^v브 green그^r린 certification서터^f퍼케이션 or오 green그^r린 specialized스페셜라이즈드 enterprise엔터프^r라이즈 confirmation칸^f퍼메이션 shall섈 be비 four^f포 years,이어즈 and앤드 it잇 may메이 be비 extended익스텐디드 only온리 once원스 within위^ð딘 four^f포 years.이어즈

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 녹색인증 및 녹색전문기업 확인의 대상ㆍ기준ㆍ절차ㆍ방법, 평가기관의 지정, 녹색인증등위원회의 구성ㆍ운영, 녹색인증 및 녹색전문기업확인의 비용, 유효기간 연장 등 녹색인증 및 녹색전문기업확인에 필요한 사항은 재정경제부장관, 과학기술정보통신부장관, 문화체육관광부장관, 농림축산식품부장관, 산업통상부장관, 기후에너지환경부장관, 국토교통부장관, 해양수산부장관, 중소벤처기업부장관, 기획예산처장관, 방송미디어통신위원회 위원장과 금융위원회 위원장이 공동으로 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2025.4.8, 2025.10.1, 2025.12.30>
