기후위기 대응을 위한 탄소중립ㆍ녹색성장 기본법 시행령 제34조(국제감축사업의 보고)

① 국제감축사업수행자는 법 제35조제2항에 따라 모니터링을 수행한 후 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 부문별관장기관의 장에게 보고해야 한다. 다만, 국제감축사업수행자의 국제감축실적이 「파리협정」 제6조제4항에 따른 배출 감축 실적에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 협정에서 정하는 바에 따른다.
