기후위기 대응을 위한 탄소중립ㆍ녹색성장 기본법 시행령 제33조(국제감축심의회)

① 국제감축사업에 관한 사항을 심의ㆍ조정하기 위하여 국무조정실에 국제감축심의회(이하 "국제감축심의회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 국제감축심의회의 위원장은 국무조정실 소속의 정무직 공무원 중에서 국무조정실장이 지명한 사람으로 하고, 국제감축심의회의 위원은 재정경제부, 외교부, 농림축산식품부, 산업통상부, 기후에너지환경부, 국토교통부, 해양수산부, 기획예산처, 국무조정실, 산림청의 고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원 중에서 해당 기관의 장이 지명하는 사람으로 한다. <개정 2025.10.1, 2025.12.30>

③ 국제감축심의회는 심의를 위하여 필요한 경우에는 온실가스 감축 분야 전문가의 의견을 들을 수 있다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 국제감축심의회의 구성ㆍ운영에 필요한 사항은 국제감축심의회의 의결을 거쳐 국제감축심의회의 위원장이 정한다.
