기업활동 규제완화에 관한 특별조치법 시행령 제8조(사도 개설허가에 관한 기준)

1. 공장용지로부터 「도로법」 제2조제1호에 따른 도로(「도로법」 제108조에 따른 준용도로를 포함한다. 이하 같다)까지의 연결가능한 거리가 같은 조 같은 호에 따른 도로가 아닌 길까지의 연결 가능한 거리를 초과하는 경우

2. 공장용지와 「도로법」 제2조제1호에 따른 도로의 사이에 하천ㆍ도랑ㆍ제방ㆍ유지(溜池: 웅덩이) 또는 그 밖에 산업통상부령으로 정하는 장애물이 있는 경우

3. 공장용지와 「도로법」 제2조제1호에 따른 도로의 사이에 있는 토지 중 공장진입로 조성에 필요한 토지의 소유자가 그 토지의 매도를 거부하는 경우로서 특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)이 그 사실을 확인한 경우
