Act on Special Cases Concerning Regulations for Regulation-Free Special Zones and Regional Specialization Development Special Zones, Article 89 (Cancellation of Demonstration Special Cases, etc.)

① 규제자유특구 관할 비수도권 시ㆍ도지사등은 실증특례를 적용받은 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 중소벤처기업부장관에게 실증특례를 취소하거나 시정을 명하는 신청을 할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 실증특례 취소를 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2021.4.20, 2024.2.6, 2025.12.30>

② 중소벤처기업부장관은 실증사업자가 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 시정을 명하거나 규제자유특구위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 거쳐 실증특례를 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1항제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 실증특례를 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2021.4.20>
