규제자유특구 및 지역특화발전특구에 관한 규제특례법 제69조(「자동차관리법」에 관한 특례)

① 특화특구관할지방자치단체의 장은 「자동차관리법」 제25조에도 불구하고 특화사업을 위하여 필요하면 미리 시ㆍ도경찰청장과 협의하여 자동차의 운행제한을 명할 수 있다. 이 경우 운행제한의 목적, 기간, 지역, 제한내용 및 대상 자동차의 종류, 그 밖의 세부적인 사항은 특화특구계획에 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2020.12.22>

② 특화특구관할지방자치단체의 장은 제1항에 따라 자동차의 운행을 제한하려면 그 목적, 기간, 지역, 제한내용 및 대상 자동차의 종류, 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 미리 공고하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 자동차의 운행제한에 대하여 「자동차관리법」을 적용할 때 자동차 운행제한과 관련된 같은 법에 따른 국토교통부장관의 업무는 특화특구관할지방자치단체의 장의 업무로 보고, 경찰청장의 업무는 시ㆍ도경찰청장의 업무로 본다. <개정 2020.12.22>
