군형법 제69조(군용시설 등 손괴)

제66조에 규정된 물건 또는 군용에 공하는 철도, 전선 또는 그 밖의 시설이나 물건을 손괴하거나 그 밖의 방법으로 그 효용을 해한 사람은 무기 또는 2년 이상의 징역에 처한다.
