군사정전에 관한 협정 체결 이후 납북피해자의 보상 및 지원에 관한 법률 제24조(공무원의 파견)

①위원회는 그 업무수행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 관계 행정기관의 장에게 그 소속 공무원의 파견을 요청할 수 있다.

②제1항에 따라 위원회에 파견된 공무원은 위원장의 지시에 따라 위원회의 업무를 수행하여야 한다.

(2) Public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 dispatched디스패치트 to투 the^ð더 Committee커미티 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 perform퍼^f폼 the^ð더 work워크 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③제1항에 따라 위원회에 공무원을 파견한 관계 행정기관의 장은 위원회에 파견된 공무원에 대하여 인사 및 처우에서 불리한 조치를 하여서는 아니 된다.
