군사정전에 관한 협정 체결 이후 납북피해자의 보상 및 지원에 관한 법률 제15조(결정서의 송달)

①위원회는 피해위로금등의 지급 여부 및 금액을 결정한 때 또는 보호ㆍ지원의 여부 및 내용을 결정한 때에는 결정일로부터 30일 이내에 그 결정서 정본을 신청인에게 송달하여야 한다. 이 경우 보호ㆍ지원에 관한 결정이 있은 때에는 그 결정서 부본을 통일부장관에게 송부하여야 한다.

②제1항에 따른 송달에 관하여는 「민사소송법」의 송달에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
