군사법원법 제526조(몰수물의 교부)

① 몰수를 집행한 후 3개월 이내에 몰수물에 대하여 정당한 권리가 있는 사람이 몰수물을 내줄 것을 청구한 경우에는 군검사는 파괴하거나 폐기할 것이 아니면 내주어야 한다. <개정 2016.1.6>

② 몰수물을 처분한 후 제1항의 청구를 받은 경우 군검사는 공매를 통하여 취득한 대가를 내주어야 한다. <개정 2016.1.6>
