군사법원법 제309조의6(공판준비를 위한 서면의 제출)

① 군검사, 피고인 또는 변호인은 법률상ㆍ사실상 주장의 요지 및 입증취지 등을 적은 서면을 군사법원에 제출할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.6>

② 재판장은 군검사, 피고인 또는 변호인에게 제1항에 따른 서면의 제출을 명령할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.6>

③ 군사법원은 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 서면이 제출된 경우 그 부본을 상대방에게 송달하여야 한다.
