군사법원법 제309조의16(열람ㆍ복사된 서류등의 남용 금지)

① 피고인이나 변호인(피고인이나 변호인이었던 사람을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)은 군검사가 열람 또는 복사하도록 한 서류등의 사본을 해당 사건 또는 관련 소송의 준비에 사용할 목적이 아닌 다른 목적으로 다른 사람에게 주거나 제시(전기통신설비를 이용하여 제공하는 것을 포함한다)하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2016.1.6>

② 피고인이나 변호인이 제1항을 위반하면 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2014.1.7>
