국회법 제58조의2(헌법재판소 위헌결정에 대한 위원회의 심사)

① 헌법재판소는 종국결정이 법률의 제정 또는 개정과 관련이 있으면 그 결정서 등본을 국회로 송부하여야 한다.

② 의장은 제1항에 따라 송부된 결정서 등본을 해당 법률의 소관 위원회와 관련위원회에 송부한다.
