국적법 제8조(수반 취득)

① 외국인의 자(子)로서 대한민국의 「민법」상 미성년인 사람은 부 또는 모가 귀화허가를 신청할 때 함께 국적 취득을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2017.12.19>

② 제1항에 따라 국적 취득을 신청한 사람은 부 또는 모가 대한민국 국적을 취득한 때에 함께 대한민국 국적을 취득한다. <개정 2017.12.19>
