국유재산특례제한법 제9조(운용실적의 보고)

① 중앙관서의 장은 국유재산특례 종합계획에 따른 운용실적을 「국유재산법」 제69조제1항에 따른 국유재산관리운용보고서에 포함하여 다음 연도 2월 말일까지 재정경제부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
