국세징수법 제99조(배분계산서에 대한 이의 등)

① 배분기일에 출석한 체납자등은 배분기일이 끝나기 전까지 자기의 채권과 관계되는 범위에서 제98조제1항에 따른 배분계산서 원안에 기재된 다른 채권자의 채권 또는 채권의 순위에 대하여 이의제기를 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 체납자는 배분기일에 출석하지 아니한 경우에도 배분계산서 원안이 갖추어진 이후부터 배분기일이 끝나기 전까지 문서로 이의제기를 할 수 있다.

③ 관할 세무서장은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 배분계산서를 확정하여 배분을 실시하고, 확정되지 아니한 부분에 대해서는 배분을 유보한다.

④ 배분기일에 출석하지 아니한 채권자는 배분계산서 원안과 같이 배분을 실시하는 데에 동의한 것으로 보고, 그가 다른 체납자등이 제기한 이의에 관계된 경우 그 이의제기에 동의하지 아니한 것으로 본다.
