국민건강보험법 시행령 제11조(이사회의 심의ㆍ의결사항)
Enforcement Decree of the National Health Insurance Act, Article 11 (Matters for Deliberation and Decision by the Board of Directors)
법 제26조제4항에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항은 공단의 이사회(이하 "이사회"라 한다)의 심의ㆍ의결을 거쳐야 한다. 다만, 법 제4조제1항에 따른 심의위원회의 심의ㆍ의결사항 및 법 제33조에 따른 재정운영위원회(이하 "재정운영위원회"라 한다)의 심의ㆍ의결사항은 제외한다.
Pursuant to Article 26 (4) of the Act, the following matters shall be deliberated and decided on by the board of directors of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "board of directors"). However, matters for deliberation and decision by the Deliberation Committee under Article 4 (1) of the Act and by the Finance Management Committee under Article 33 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Finance Management Committee") are excluded:
1. 사업운영계획 등 공단 운영의 기본방침에 관한 사항
1. Matters concerning the basic policies for operating the Service, such as business operation plans;
2. 예산 및 결산에 관한 사항
2. Matters concerning the budget and settlement of accounts;
3. 정관 변경에 관한 사항
3. Matters concerning amendments to the articles of incorporation;
4. 규정의 제정ㆍ개정 및 폐지에 관한 사항
4. Matters concerning the enactment, amendment, and repeal of regulations;
5. 보험료와 그 밖의 법에 따른 징수금(이하 "보험료등"이라 한다) 및 보험급여에 관한 사항
5. Matters concerning contributions and other amounts collectible under the Act (hereinafter referred to as "contributions, etc.") and insurance benefits;
6. 법 제37조에 따른 차입금에 관한 사항
6. Matters concerning borrowing under Article 37 of the Act;
7. 법 제38조에 따른 준비금, 그 밖에 중요재산의 취득ㆍ관리 및 처분에 관한 사항
7. Matters concerning the reserve fund under Article 38 of the Act and the acquisition, management, and disposal of other important property;
8. 그 밖에 공단 운영에 관한 중요 사항
8. Other important matters concerning the operation of the Service.
