국민건강보험법 제3조의2(국민건강보험종합계획의 수립 등)

① 보건복지부장관은 이 법에 따른 건강보험(이하 "건강보험"이라 한다)의 건전한 운영을 위하여 제4조에 따른 건강보험정책심의위원회(이하 이 조에서 "건강보험정책심의위원회"라 한다)의 심의를 거쳐 5년마다 국민건강보험종합계획(이하 "종합계획"이라 한다)을 수립하여야 한다. 수립된 종합계획을 변경할 때도 또한 같다.

② 종합계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

③ 보건복지부장관은 종합계획에 따라 매년 연도별 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)을 건강보험정책심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

④ 보건복지부장관은 매년 시행계획에 따른 추진실적을 평가하여야 한다.

(4) Each이치 year,이어 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 shall섈 evaluate이^v밸류에잇 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 achieved어치^v브드 under언더 the^ð디 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan.플랜

⑤ 보건복지부장관은 다음 각 호의 사유가 발생한 경우 관련 사항에 대한 보고서를 작성하여 지체 없이 국회 소관 상임위원회에 보고하여야 한다.

(5) When웬 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 occurs,어커즈 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 a어 report^r리포트 on안 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 matters매터즈 and앤드 submit서브밋 it잇 without위^ð다웃 delay딜레이 to투 the^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 standing스탠딩 committee커미티 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Assembly:어셈블리

⑥ 보건복지부장관은 종합계획의 수립, 시행계획의 수립ㆍ시행 및 시행계획에 따른 추진실적의 평가를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 관계 기관의 장에게 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료의 제출을 요구받은 자는 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.

(6) If이^f프 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 finds^f파인즈 it잇 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 establishing이스태블리슁 the^ð더 comprehensive캄프^r리헨시^v브 plan,플랜 establishing이스태블리슁 and앤드 implementing임플러멘팅 the^ð디 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan,플랜 or오 evaluating이^v밸류에이팅 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 achieved어치^v브드 under언더 the^ð디 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan,플랜 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 may메이 request^r리퀘스트 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 agencies에이전시즈 to투 submit서브밋 materials.머티^r리얼즈 In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 a어 person퍼슨 so소우 requested^r리퀘스티드 shall섈 comply컴플라이 unless언레스 there^ð데어 is이즈 a어 special스페실 reason^r리즌 not낫 to.투

⑦ 그 밖에 제1항에 따른 종합계획의 수립 및 변경, 제3항에 따른 시행계획의 수립ㆍ시행 및 제4항에 따른 시행계획에 따른 추진실적의 평가 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
