국립대학법인 서울대학교 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제14조의3(결산의 공시 항목 및 시기 등)

① 총장은 법 제26조제3항에 따라 법인회계의 결산의 내용을 공시할 때에는 받을 어음 명세서, 유형고정자산 명세서 등 교육부령으로 정하는 결산부속명세서를 포함한 결산서와 제14조제2항제3호에 따른 감사보고서(의견서를 포함한다)를 공시하여야 한다.

② 총장은 법 제26조제3항에 따라 법인회계의 결산의 내용을 공시할 때에는 매 회계연도가 끝난 후 3개월 이내에 하여야 한다. 이 경우 공시기간은 1년으로 한다.

③ 총장은 법 제26조제3항에 따라 법인회계의 결산의 내용을 공시할 때에는 국립대학법인 서울대학교의 인터넷 홈페이지에 게재하는 방법으로 하여야 한다.
