Special Act on Support for Science and Engineering Personnel for Strengthening National Science and Technology Competitiveness, Article 21-2 (Attracting Excellent Overseas Science and Engineering Personnel, etc.)

① 정부는 과학기술 분야에 탁월한 업적을 가진 사람 또는 국가가 필요로 하는 과학기술 분야의 사람으로서 해외에 거주하는 내국인ㆍ외국인 및 국내에 거주하는 외국인(이하 "해외 우수 이공계인력"이라 한다)을 유치하고 활용하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 시책을 추진할 수 있다.
