교통안전법 시행령 제41조(교통안전정보관리체계의 공유절차ㆍ방법 등)

① 법 제51조제1항에 따라 교통사고관련자료등을 보관ㆍ관리하는 자는 교통안전정보관리체계와 연계하여 이를 공유하여야 한다.

② 국토교통부장관은 교통안전정보관리체계를 공유하기 위하여 교통안전정보관리체계협의회(이하 이 조에서 "협의회"라 한다)를 설치하여 운영할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

③ 협의회는 교통사고관련자료등의 공유 항목과 그 범위, 이용방식 등 공유에 필요한 사항을 정할 수 있다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정 외에 교통안전정보관리체계의 공유 및 협의회의 설치ㆍ운영에 필요한 세부사항은 국토교통부장관이 관계 교통행정기관의 장과 협의하여 따로 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
