Enforcement Decree of the Mining Industry Act, Article 9 (Application for Establishment of Mining Rights)

①법 제15조제1항에 따라 광업권설정을 받으려는 자는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 광업권설정출원서를 산업통상부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

②법 제15조제2항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기간"은 6개월로 한다.
