광업법 시행령 제3조(광업권의 존속기간)
① 법 제12조제1항에 따른 탐사권의 존속기간은 7년으로 한다.
② 법 제12조제2항에 따른 채굴권의 존속기간은 20년으로 한다. <개정 2015.4.7>
