관세사법 제24조의2(등록취소 등의 통보 및 공고 등)

① 관세청장은 제18조, 제20조 또는 제27조제1항에 따라 등록취소, 업무정지 또는 징계처분을 한 때에는 지체 없이 그 사유를 구체적으로 밝혀 한국관세사회에 통보하고 그 내용을 관보 또는 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2025.12.23>

② 한국관세사회는 제1항에 따라 통보를 받은 경우 그 내용을 인터넷 홈페이지에 3개월 이상 게재하는 방법으로 공개하여야 한다. <개정 2025.12.23>
