관세법 시행령 제245조의3(위원회의 운영)

① 위원회의 위원장은 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 previously프^r리^v비어슬리 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 the^ð더 chairperson's체어퍼슨즈 behalf.비해^f프

③ 위원회의 회의를 소집하려면 회의 개최 7일 전까지 회의 일시ㆍ장소 및 안건을 각 위원에게 서면으로 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사정이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 회의 개최 전날까지 구두로 알릴 수 있다.

(3) To투 convene컨^v빈 a어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee,커미티 the^ð더 date,데잇 time,타임 place,플레이스 and앤드 agenda어젠다 of어^v브 the^ð더 meeting미팅 shall섈 be비 notified노우터^f파이드 to투 each이치 member멤버 in인 writing^r라이팅 at앳 least리스트 seven세^v븐 days데이즈 before비^f포 the^ð더 meeting.미팅 However,하우에^v버 where웨어 there^ð데어 are아 urgent얼전트 circumstances서컴스탠시즈 or오 other어^ð더 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 notice노우티스 may메이 be비 given기^v븐 orally오^r럴리 by바이 the^ð더 day데이 before비^f포 the^ð더 meeting.미팅

④ 위원회는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 by바이 the^ð디 affirmative어^f퍼머티^v브 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 위원회는 업무수행을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 전문적인 지식과 경험이 있는 관계 분야 전문가 및 공무원으로 하여금 위원회의 회의에 출석하여 의견을 진술하게 할 수 있다.

(5) Where웨어 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 performing퍼^f포밍 its잇츠 work,워크 the^ð더 Committee커미티 may메이 have해^v브 experts엑스펏츠 in인 related^r릴레이티드 fields^f필즈 with위^ð드 specialized스페셜라이즈드 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience,익스피^r리언스 and앤드 public퍼블릭 officials,어^f피실즈 attend어텐드 its잇츠 meetings미팅즈 and앤드 state스테잇 their^ð데어 opinions.어피니언즈

⑥ 위원회에 출석한 위원과 관계 분야 전문가에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 출석하는 경우에는 수당과 여비를 지급하지 아니한다.

(6) Allowances얼라원시즈 and앤드 travel트^r래^v블 expenses익스펜시즈 may메이 be비 paid페이드 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 budget버짓 to투 members멤버즈 and앤드 experts엑스펏츠 in인 related^r릴레이티드 fields^f필즈 who후 attend어텐드 the^ð더 Committee.커미티 However,하우에^v버 allowances얼라원시즈 and앤드 travel트^r래^v블 expenses익스펜시즈 shall섈 not낫 be비 paid페이드 where웨어 a어 public퍼블릭 official어^f피실 attends어텐즈 in인 direct더^r렉트 connection커넥션 with위^ð드 his히즈 or오 her허 official어^f피실 duties.두티즈

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 재정경제부령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.12.30>
