관세법 시행령 제206조(보세공장운영인의 기장의무)
Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 206 (Bookkeeping Obligations of Bonded Factory Operators)
①보세공장의 운영인은 물품에 관한 장부를 비치하고 다음 각호의 사항을 기재하여야 한다.
(1) The operator of a bonded factory shall keep books on goods and record the following matters:
1. 반입 또는 반출한 물품의 내외국물품의 구별ㆍ품명ㆍ규격 및 수량, 포장의 종류ㆍ기호ㆍ번호 및 개수, 반입 또는 반출연월일과 신고번호
1. The distinction between foreign goods and domestic goods, product name, specifications, and quantity, the type, mark, number, and quantity of packages, and the date of bringing in or taking out and the declaration number, of the goods brought in or taken out
2. 작업에 사용한 물품의 내외국물품의 구분, 품명ㆍ규격 및 수량, 포장의 종류ㆍ기호ㆍ번호 및 개수와 사용연월일
2. The classification of goods used in the work as foreign goods or domestic goods, product name, specifications, and quantity, the type, mark, number, and quantity of packages, and the date of use
3. 작업에 의하여 생산된 물품의 기호ㆍ번호ㆍ품명ㆍ규격ㆍ수량 및 검사연월일
3. The mark, number, product name, specifications, quantity, and date of inspection of goods produced by the work
4. 외국물품 및 내국물품의 혼용에 관한 승인을 얻은 경우에는 다음 각목의 사항
4. Where approval for mixing foreign goods and domestic goods has been obtained, the following matters:
가. 승인연월일
(a) The date of approval;
나. 혼용한 물품 및 생산된 물품의 기호ㆍ번호ㆍ품명ㆍ규격 및 수량, 내외국물품의 구별과 생산연월일
(b) The mark, number, product name, specifications, and quantity of the mixed goods and the produced goods, the distinction between foreign goods and domestic goods, and the date of production.
5. 보세공장외 작업허가를 받아 물품을 보세공장 바깥으로 반출하는 경우에는 다음 각호의 사항
5. Where goods are taken out of the bonded factory after obtaining permission for work outside a bonded factory, the following matters:
가. 허가연월일 및 허가기간
(a) The date and period of permission;
나. 반출장소
(b) The place of take-out;
다. 당해 물품의 품명ㆍ규격ㆍ수량 및 가격
(c) The product name, specifications, quantity, and price of the goods.
②세관장은 물품의 성질, 보세작업의 종류 기타의 사정을 참작하여 제1항 각호의 사항중 필요가 없다고 인정되는 사항에 대하여는 이의 기재를 생략하게 할 수 있다.
(2) The head of a customs office may, in consideration of the nature of the goods, the type of bonded work, and other circumstances, have the recording of matters recognized as unnecessary among the matters under the subparagraphs of paragraph (1) omitted.
