관세법 제262조(운송수단의 출발 중지 등)

관세청장이나 세관장은 이 법 또는 이 법에 따른 명령(대한민국이 체결한 조약 및 일반적으로 승인된 국제법규에 따른 의무를 포함한다)을 집행하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정될 때에는 운송수단의 출발을 중지시키거나 그 진행을 정지시킬 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>
