과학기술분야 정부출연연구기관 등의 설립ㆍ운영 및 육성에 관한 법률 제19조(연구회의 책무)

① 연구회는 인사ㆍ예산ㆍ평가ㆍ사업관리 등에 있어 연구기관 공통의 애로 사항을 조사하고 이의 해결을 위하여 연구기관이 상호 협력할 수 있도록 지원하여야 한다.

② 연구회는 제21조에 따라 연구기관의 기능을 조정하거나 정비하는 경우 연구기관의 설립목적 및 업무특성 등을 충분히 고려하여 안정적 연구환경 조성에 지장이 없도록 노력하여야 한다.
