Enforcement Decree of the Act on Report and Disclosure of Military Service Information of Public Officials, etc., Article 7 (Notification of the Contents of Military Service Information Reports)

신고기관의 장은 법 제4조제3항에 따라 병무청장이나 지방병무청장에게 병역사항 신고내용을 통보하려는 때에는 병역사항 신고의무자 명부에 병역사항 신고서를 첨부(정보통신망을 이용하여 병역사항을 신고한 경우에는 첨부하지 아니한다)하여 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 신고기관의 장은 병역사항 신고서 사본 1부를 신고기관에 보관하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.11.14, 2020.7.14>
