공직선거법 제95조(신문ㆍ잡지 등의 통상방법 외의 배부 등 금지)

①누구든지 이 법의 규정에 의한 경우를 제외하고는 선거에 관한 기사를 게재한 신문ㆍ통신ㆍ잡지 또는 기관ㆍ단체ㆍ시설의 기관지 기타 간행물을 통상방법외의 방법으로 배부ㆍ살포ㆍ게시ㆍ첩부하거나 그 기사를 복사하여 배부ㆍ살포ㆍ게시ㆍ첩부할 수 없다. <개정 2012.1.17>

②제1항에서 "선거에 관한 기사"라 함은 후보자(후보자가 되려는 사람을 포함한다. 이하 제96조 및 제97조에서 같다)의 당락이나 특정 정당(창당준비위원회를 포함한다)에 유리 또는 불리한 기사를 말하며, "통상방법에 의한 배부"라 함은 종전의 방법과 범위안에서 발행ㆍ배부하는 것을 말한다. <개정 2012.2.29>
