공직선거법 제218조의7(공관부재자신고인명부 등의 송부)

① 재외투표관리관이 공관부재자신고인명부와 재외선거인 등록신청자명부를 작성하면 이를 즉시 구ㆍ시ㆍ군별로 분류하여 국외부재자신고서 및 재외선거인 등록신청서와 함께 외교부장관을 경유하여 중앙선거관리위원회에 보낸다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 중앙선거관리위원회가 제1항에 따라 공관부재자신고인명부와 국외부재자신고서를 접수하면 이를 해당 구ㆍ시ㆍ군의 장에게 보낸다.

(2) When웬 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Election일렉션 Commission커미션 receives^r러시^v브즈 the^ð더 list리스트 of어^v브 absentees애브선티즈 reported^r리포티드 at앳 the^ð더 diplomatic디플러매틱 mission미션 and앤드 the^ð더 report^r리포트 forms^f폼즈 of어^v브 absentees애브선티즈 abroad어브^r로드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), it잇 shall섈 send센드 them^ð뎀 to투 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 Gu/Si/Gun.구

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 공관부재자신고인명부, 재외선거인 등록신청자명부, 국외부재자신고서 및 재외선거인 등록신청서의 송부는 전산조직을 이용한 전산정보자료의 전송으로 갈음할 수 있다. 이 경우 해당 서류 원본의 보관, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 중앙선거관리위원회규칙으로 정한다. <신설 2011.7.28>
