Article 93 (Payment of Budget Performance Bonuses and Property Management Activity Expenses to Public Officials Managing Public Property and Commodities)
법 제96조제1항에 따라 지급하는 예산성과금은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 금액으로 하되, 최고 지급 한도는 1인당 2천만원으로 한다.
The budget performance bonus paid pursuant to Article 96 (1) of the Act shall be an amount according to the following classification, with a maximum payment limit of 20 million won per person:
1. 은닉된 공유재산을 발굴한 경우: 취득재산 가격(취득할 때 든 경비는 제외한다)의 5퍼센트 이내에 해당하는 금액
1. Where concealed public property is excavated: An amount within 5 percent of the price of the acquired property (excluding expenses incurred in acquisition);
2. 사용료 또는 대부료 수입을 증대시킨 경우: 수입 증대액의 10퍼센트 이내에 해당하는 금액
2. Where revenue from usage fees or lease fees is increased: An amount within 10 percent of the revenue increase;
3. 체납액(연체료를 포함한다)을 징수한 경우: 다음 각 목의 구분에 따른 금액. 다만, 한 건당 30만원 이내 및 1인당 월 1백만원 이내로 한다.
3. Where delinquent amounts (including late fees) are collected: The amount according to the following items: Provided, That it shall be within 300,000 won per case and within 1 million won per person per month:
가. 1년차분: 징수액의 1퍼센트 이내에 해당하는 금액
(a) First year portion: An amount within 1 percent of the collected amount;
나. 2년차 이상: 징수액의 5퍼센트 이내에 해당하는 금액
(b) Second year or later: An amount within 5 percent of the collected amount;
4. 변상금을 부과하여 징수한 경우: 그 징수액의 5퍼센트 이내에 해당하는 금액

5. 매각대금 수입을 증대시킨 경우: 수입 증대액의 10퍼센트 이내에 해당하는 금액
5. Where revenue from sale prices is increased: An amount within 10 percent of the revenue increase;
