공유재산 및 물품 관리법 시행령 제62조(물품 소관의 전환)

① 물품관리관은 법 제63조에 따라 소관 물품을 같은 회계 내에서 다른 물품관리관의 소관으로 전환하거나 같은 지방자치단체 내에서 다른 회계의 물품관리관의 소관으로 전환할 때에는 물품관리관 상호간에 미리 합의하여야 하며, 그 합의한 내용을 명백히 하여 지방자치단체의 장으로부터 승인을 받아야 한다.

② 물품관리관은 제1항에 따라 소관 물품을 같은 지방자치단체 내에서 다른 회계의 물품관리관의 소관으로 전환하려는 경우에는 유상으로 하여야 한다. 다만, 다른 회계에서 공용 또는 공공용으로 사용하게 할 목적으로 전환하는 경우에는 무상으로 할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따라 유상으로 다른 회계의 물품관리관의 소관으로 전환할 때의 가격은 해당 물품의 대장가격(臺帳價格)으로 한다. 다만, 대장가격으로 전환하기 곤란할 때에는 시가(時價)로 전환할 수 있다.
