공무원임용시험령 제18조(응시에 필요한 자격증)

① 별표 5에 규정된 직급의 채용시험과 전직시험에 응시하는 사람은 같은 표에 규정된 자격증을 소지하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 자격증 소지 여부에 관하여는 제15조제2항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "응시 결격사유 해당 여부"는 "자격증 소지 여부"로 본다. <개정 2011.11.1>
