공무원연금법 제93조(공단의 권한 등)

① 공단은 이 법에 따른 급여를 적정하게 운영하기 위하여 급여를 받을 권리가 있는 사람, 연금취급기관의 장 및 요양기관의 장, 그 밖에 급여에 관련된 자에게 필요한 사항을 통보하게 하거나 관계 서류를 제출하게 할 수 있다.

② 공단은 이 법에 따른 급여와 관련하여 필요한 경우 소속 직원으로 하여금 관련 장소에 출입하여 서류 등을 조사하거나 관계인에게 필요한 질문을 할 수 있다. 이 경우 출입ㆍ조사ㆍ질문을 하는 공단 직원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 관계인에게 보여 주어야 한다.

③ 공단은 국가기관, 지방자치단체, 사립학교교직원연금공단, 「국민연금법」에 따른 국민연금공단(이하 "국민연금공단"이라 한다), 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체의 장에게 제50조에 따른 소득 등의 조사, 급여의 결정 및 지급, 급여의 환수, 학자금 대여 등 공무원연금사업과 관련하여 필요한 자료로서 주민등록ㆍ가족관계등록ㆍ국세ㆍ지방세ㆍ토지ㆍ건물ㆍ건강보험ㆍ장애인등록 및 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 자료를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 국가기관, 지방자치단체, 사립학교교직원연금공단, 국민연금공단 또는 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.

④ 제3항에 따라 공단이 제공받는 자료에 대해서는 사용료ㆍ수수료 등을 면제한다.

(4) User유저 fees,^f피즈 handling핸들링 fees,^f피즈 etc.엣세터^r러 shall섈 be비 exempted이그젬프티드 for^f포 materials머티^r리얼즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 to투 the^ð더 Service서^v비스 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3).

⑤ 제1항의 경우에 급여를 받을 권리가 있는 사람이 정당한 사유 없이 공단의 요청에 응하지 아니할 때에는 응할 때까지 급여 지급을 중지할 수 있다.

(5) In인 the^ð더 case케이스 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), if이^f프 a어 person퍼슨 entitled엔타이틀드 to투 receive^r러시^v브 benefits베너^f핏츠 does더즈 not낫 comply컴플라이 with위^ð드 the^ð더 Service's서^v버시즈 request^r리퀘스트 without위^ð다웃 justifiable저스터^f파이어블 reason,^r리즌 payment페이먼트 of어^v브 benefits베너^f핏츠 may메이 be비 suspended서스펜디드 until언틸 the^ð더 person퍼슨 complies.컴플라이즈
