공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제103조(성능검사서의 발급 등)

① 성능검사대행자는 성능검사를 완료한 때에는 별지 제88호서식의 측량기기 성능검사서에 그 적합 여부의 표시를 하여 신청인에게 발급하여야 한다.

③ 성능검사대행자는 제1항에 따라 성능검사를 완료한 때에는 별지 제89호서식의 측량기기 성능검사 기록부에 성능검사의 결과를 기록하고 이를 5년간 보존하여야 한다.
