Act on the Establishment, Management, etc. of Spatial Data, Article 99 (Reports and Investigations)

① 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사, 대도시 시장 또는 지적소관청은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 사유를 명시하여 해당 각 호의 자에게 필요한 보고를 하게 하거나 소속 공무원으로 하여금 조사를 하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2020.2.18, 2020.4.7>

1. 측량업자 또는 지적측량수행자가 고의나 중대한 과실로 측량을 부실하게 하여 민원을 발생하게 한 경우

② 제1항에 따라 조사를 하는 경우에는 조사 3일 전까지 조사 일시ㆍ목적ㆍ내용 등에 관한 계획을 조사 대상자에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 경우나 사전에 조사계획이 알려지면 조사 목적을 달성할 수 없다고 인정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 제1항에 따라 조사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 관계인에게 이를 내보여야 한다.
