고용보험법 제78조(기금의 설치 및 조성)

①고용노동부장관은 보험사업에 필요한 재원에 충당하기 위하여 고용보험기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)을 설치한다. <개정 2010.6.4>

②기금은 보험료와 이 법에 따른 징수금ㆍ적립금ㆍ기금운용 수익금과 그 밖의 수입으로 조성한다.
