고등교육법 제54조(학위의 수여)

① 원격대학의 학사학위과정에서 학칙으로 정하는 과정을 마친 사람에게는 학사학위를 수여한다.

② 원격대학의 전문학사학위과정에서 학칙으로 정하는 과정을 마친 사람에게는 전문학사학위를 수여한다.

③ 제1항과 제2항에 따른 학위의 종류와 수여에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
