경제자유구역 및 제주국제자유도시의 외국교육기관 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 특별법 제6조(설치등기 등)

①외국학교법인은 설립승인을 받은 외국교육기관에 대하여 설립승인일부터 3주 내에 「민법」 제50조에 따른 법인의 분사무소 설치의 등기와 동일한 등기를 하여야 한다. 이 경우 등기사항 중 "이사"를 "외국학교법인의 대표자"로 본다. <개정 2021.3.23>

②제1항의 등기에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

③「민법」 제51조, 제52조, 제52조의2, 제53조와 제54조의 규정은 제1항에 따른 등기에 관하여 이를 준용한다. 이 경우 "이사"를 "외국교육기관의 장"으로, "법인"을 "외국교육기관"으로 본다. <개정 2021.3.23>

④제3항에 따라 「민법」 제52조를 준용하여 변경등기를 하는 경우 등기사항의 변경이 외국에서 발생된 때에는 그 사유를 지체 없이 승인권자에게 통지하여야 하고, 그 통지가 도달한 날부터 등기기간을 기산한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.2.18, 2021.3.23>
