건설산업기본법 제47조(중소건설사업자 지원을 위한 조치)

① 국토교통부장관은 중소건설사업자를 지원하기 위하여 필요하면 건설공사를 발주하는 국가기관, 지방자치단체 또는 대통령령으로 정하는 공공기관에 중소건설사업자의 참여기회 확대와 그 밖에 필요한 조치를 할 것을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2019.4.30>

② 국토교통부장관은 중소건설사업자를 지원하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 대기업인 건설사업자가 도급받을 수 있는 건설공사의 공사금액의 하한을 정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2019.4.30>
