갯벌 및 그 주변지역의 지속가능한 관리와 복원에 관한 법률 제22조(갯벌복원사업 실시계획의 수립ㆍ변경 등)

① 제21조에 따라 갯벌복원사업계획을 수립 또는 승인받은 시행자(이하 "시행자"라 한다)는 갯벌복원사업계획의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 갯벌복원사업 실시계획(이하 "실시계획"이라 한다)을 수립하여야 한다.

② 시행자가 실시계획을 수립하는 경우 미리 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다.

(2) When웬 an앤 implementer임플리먼터 establishes이스태블리쉬즈 an앤 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan,플랜 it잇 shall섈 consult컨설트 in인 advance어드^v밴스 with위^ð드 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies.에이전시즈

③ 시행자가 실시계획을 수립한 경우 지체 없이 이를 관보 또는 공보에 고시하고, 관계 행정기관의 장에게 통보하여야 한다.

④ 시행자가 실시계획을 변경하는 경우 제2항 및 제3항의 규정을 준용한다. 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 긴급한 경우나 경미한 사항을 변경하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
