Act on the Promotion of Franchise Business, Article 18 (Entrustment of Business)

① 이 법에 따른 다음 각 호의 업무 중 산업통상부장관의 소관에 속하는 업무는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 대통령령으로 정하는 법인 또는 단체에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2016.1.27, 2018.12.11, 2021.6.15, 2025.10.1>

1. 제9조에 따른 가맹사업의 물류 효율화 및 정보화 촉진에 관한 업무
