6ㆍ25전쟁 납북피해 진상규명 및 납북피해자 명예회복에 관한 법률 제13조(납북자 등의 신고처 설치 및 공고)

위원회는 이 법 시행일부터 30일 이내에 납북자와 납북자가족의 피해신고를 접수받기 위한 신고처를 설치하고 공고하여야 한다. 이 경우 외국에 체재하거나 거주하는 사람을 위하여 재외공관에도 신고처를 둔다.
